At The Therapy House, we’re proud to help our community feel, move, and live better through personalized, evidence-based chiropractic care.

Life in South Georgia can be demanding, whether your daily routine involves prolonged sitting, standing, bending, lifting, or other repetitive activities. These actions often create physical and emotional stress on your body, hindering performance.

Chiropractic care focuses on restoring proper alignment, improving mobility, and supporting your body’s recovery through natural healing. It promotes better function and overall well-being at all stages of life.

Whether you work long hours in construction, farm under the Georgia sun, or stay active in the gym, your activities take a toll on your spine and muscles. The constant pressure from your lifestyle can lead to discomfort, poor posture, and pain.

Our team has witnessed firsthand how chiropractic care contributes to a fulfilling and active life, and we’d love the opportunity to help you achieve that, too.

Conditions Treated with Chiropractic Solutions & Wellness Therapies

back pain

Chiropractic care for back pain & low back pain

Back and low back pain are among the most common reasons people seek chiropractic care. Everyday strain, prolonged sitting, lifting, or repetitive motions can place stress on the spine, leading to irritation of joints, nerves, or muscles.

At The Therapy House Chiropractic and Wellness, we combine chiropractic adjustments, targeted exercises, and passive therapies to reduce pressure, ease tension, and improve mobility. Our whole body approach helps relieve pain and discomfort naturally, keeping you moving comfortably.

Chiropractic care for neck pain

Neck pain often develops from poor posture, stress, injury, or repetitive movements, especially in those who work on computers, drive long hours, or perform physical labor. Typical symptoms include tight muscles, spinal misalignments, stiffness, headaches, and radiating pain into the shoulders and arms.

We use precise and gentle chiropractic adjustments, corrective exercises, and passive therapies to reduce tension and restore balance by improving posture, flexibility, and nervous system function. These treatments support long-term relief and help you move freely throughout the day.

Chiropractic care for disc injuries

Chiropractic care for disc injuries

Disc injuries, such as bulging discs, herniated discs, or degenerative discs, occur when the disc becomes damaged from aging, injury, trauma, or repetitive wear and tear. These can cause inflammation and irritation in muscles and nerves, resulting in sharp pain, radiating pain, numbness, or tingling that affects your work and daily activities.

At The Therapy House Chiropractic and Wellness, our treatment consists of chiropractic adjustments, non-invasive spinal decompression, and targeted exercises. This approach helps take pressure off the affected discs, improve movement, and support your body’s natural healing process.

By reducing nerve irritation and restoring proper alignment, we help you move more freely, reduce symptoms, and regain strength so you can get back to feeling and living your best.

Prenatal chiropractic care

Pregnancy brings incredible changes to your body, but it can also cause lower back pain, hip discomfort, and tension as your posture shifts and your baby grows.

We provide gentle, safe adjustments that help align the spine and pelvis, enhancing comfort and mobility throughout pregnancy. Reducing nerve interference can ease common pregnancy symptoms as it supports optimal positioning for delivery.

Expectant mothers often find that regular prenatal chiropractic care promotes better sleep, reduces muscle tension, eases pelvic pain, and even encourages smoother labor and recovery. Our goal is to help you move comfortably and feel your best during every stage of pregnancy.

Chiropractic care for athletes

Athletes constantly push their bodies, whether it’s training at the gym, running, or playing sports. Your body needs balance and mobility to perform at its best. Overuse, impact, or repetitive motion can lead to tightness, strains, or injuries that hinder your performance.

Chiropractic care and soft tissue therapies help enhance range of motion, prevent injuries, and speed up natural healing. Regular care also optimizes nervous system function, boosting coordination and strength.

Whether recovering from sports injuries or maintaining peak performance, chiropractic care is a valuable tool for athletes at all levels of competition.
